WHere is a simplified version of a cocktail found on the seasonal cocktail list. Designed as a party-sized pre-mixed which is bursting full of flavours of a holiday season, making it excellent for hosting a festive gathering. Reserve the remaining cordial you can use for brunch beverages, desserts, or to make more rounds of this cocktail.

Yields 10 people
Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
For the Drink (makes 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine syrup (as made above)
A few cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Instructions
For the Syrup: Put the listed items inside a saucepan, bring to a simmer, stirring so the sugar melts. After that, remove from the stove and let it to reach room temperature entirely. Transfer into a clean bottle, close it keeping it in the fridge, it will last for up to four weeks.
For the Batch Mix: Mix the specified spirits and syrup into one big jug, let it rest for an hour, then strain , ideally through cheesecloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.
For serving: Measure 85ml from the batch mix into your cocktail shaker filled with ice, and stir lightly for one minute to chill. Pour into a cold coupe glass or similar, decorate with some cranberries and complete it using a quick spritz with the mandarin essence over the drink.
